• Download and use generated images for personal or commercial purposes
• Purchase additional generations through our payment system

User Responsibilities

As a user of Roomify, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Only upload images you have the right to use
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Not overload our systems with excessive requests

Payment Terms

Roomify offers both free and paid services. Payment terms include:

• Free users receive 3 daily generations
• Additional generations can be purchased with cryptocurrency
• Payments are processed securely through blockchain transactions
• All sales are final - no refunds for digital generations
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

Generated images become your property upon creation. However:

• You retain rights to images you upload
• Generated designs are yours to use commercially
• Roomify retains rights to our AI technology and platform
• We may use anonymized data to improve our services

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Roomify is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to lost data, business interruption, or design quality expectations.
